I come here at least twice a week with amazon returns and print orders. I am so thankful for Emma, their manager, always being so sweet and understanding. She always gets my prints done within the hour, and she always asks about my little girl, she is an amazing attribute.

This store has drastically and I do mean drastically deteriorated in the past few months. The smart ass kids they got running this place are rude and have terrible customer service skills. Refused to allow me to tape my on package. Ignored me, and spoke rudely to me. I left and went and gave my business to FedEx in alabaster and it was worth the drive. I'll never do business there again after 12 years of going there. There use to be a young man with auburn colored hair that was very professional and knowledgeable and cared about his customers... He moved to another location... And this place has went to the pits. This place will close down if they don't fire these good for nothing individuals they have working there... Now they can go have a nice day themselves... Hopefully at the unemployment office!!!!

I use this location all the time. Lately it seems the customer service has dropped tremendously. I have been treated very rudely and the employees do not acknowledge customers. They just let you stand and wait without a word or even making eye contact. When I went in today I waited as the line grew. I could see the employee in the back and when I asked if anyone was working the front she said she was working but printing something for a customer. When I apologized and said I didn’t realize what was going on she refused to acknowledge me. I also thanked her for her assistance and she still refused to speak to me. What ever happened to good manners and just plain acknowledgement when someone, especially a customer it is your job to help, speaks to you and you refuse to speak back. What childish, rude behavior. I recommend you actually speak to your employees about the value of good customer service if you would like to keep your doors open.

Went to get copies printed. They say send to this email address. So I did. 20 minutes later sorry we didn't receive the emails. So I try 3 more times. Nothing. I ask them to call me when they finally get the emails. They never called. Crap service.....

Great service, all options to help mail something are available as far as printing. Always fast and easy. Most importantly UPS is always accurate with shipping delivery promise

If I could give zero stars, I would I use them for my business print stuff that I need printed. They are always so rude here and every image that comes out is usually blurry and they don’t want to issue a refund. I will no longer be using the store, no more Horrible customer service and horrible communication. And they lie and say that the manager isn’t in. It’s just a bunch of immature adults running the store. Management is horrible
