This company has admitted that their tower in Camden is over loaded, therefore customers are paying for up to 10 mbs and not receiving what they are paying for. Testing the MB's throughout 2 days it was 0.5 at 2 am which it should be higher since most people are asleep. The highest it ever got was 9.4 and lasted only for 5 minutes. There are a few apps that we could access with no problem for years now will not even open, for example a children's game Roblox. Any other internet away from Pine Belt, no problems. Have to use a personal hotspot from phone so my grandchild can play. They say they are not throttling but i really do not believe them, either that or they are taking MB's away from all the customers to make sure everyone gets a few MB's, which is NOT what i am paying for. If you cannot give customers what they are paying for quit taking the money and have them pay for the poor service they are receiving, i do believe if you pay for a service your not receiving and your being charged for it is called stealing! Pine Belt is stealing money from their customers in a nutshell. After SEVERAL visits to the office all i get is the run around and double talk, that's when they talk to me and not just walk away and talk to another customer like i was not even there.

We've never had such excellent customer service after the sale from a wireless carrier prior to our experience with Pine Belt Wireless in Camden!! Their willingness to provide the best service possible goes above and beyond all the rest.
