The farm is possibly one of the worst experiences of my life. Went there about a year and a half ago and was forced to light fires to smoke a cigarette on breaks during the classes. They keep you there as long as they want and god forbid you stay in one of the cabins on site instead of the hotel. Company is great other than this training experience.

I've been in low voltage since 2009 as a technician. Worked multiple companies before CBE, it definitely set the standard for a what a great company should be. It was such a company back in 2018, can't speak on for today.
