We needed a small footstone for my mother, and several relatives in AL recommended L&S. They did a great job for us, even helping match my father's stone that was placed over 30 years ago. The cost and production time were much better than other quotes, and we were very pleased with the final product and installation.

My Mother ordered a headstone in 2021, paid in full. She has called and they said they'd laid in the next day. It's August 2024 and my sister still has no headstone. We are about to contact Fox6onyourside.

Mary did a wonderful job in assisting me with my stone for my wife. Very compassionate. And the rates beat others I had contacted. This is not a product that can be ordered and installed in a week or month, especially given America's overburdened supply chain since covid. So a little patience should be expected.

They done a fantastic job with my sisters Headstone. We lost her January 27th 2024 ordered her stone a few days later and her stone was delivered today April 29th. They were so quick and very professional. Our family will definitely be using them from here on out.

My family was in need of a variety of monument creation and installation services in the Birmingham area. Many of us are located out of state and thus the exceptional support we received from Mary, Connor, and the entire staff at L&S made difficult decisions much easier to make.
Like so many other industries, and individual businesses, the monument industry has been hit with supply shortages and staffing challenges over the past couple of years. This combined with increased demand (some due to recent loss; some due to us procrastinators trying to make up lost time as we feel our own mortality) has strained the monument industry beyond any time before.
I couldn't believe the wait or lead times I was being given by companies near Birmingham, and across the southeast... 9 months, 6 months, 4 months, etc...
L&S handled all of their business challenges and kept me informed of the timeline and any delays, throughout the process. And the installation was handled with care and dignity, including picking up a veteran's foot marker for my Father's grave and installing it while placing an L&S headstone for my Aunt. The L&S product and service for the value was far beyond what any other monument company quoted for our needs.
We still have many relatives in the Birmingham area and several remaining plots at the family cemetery... some wanting to place a headstone in advance (as my Father did) to ease any burden on their children. We now have the comfort of knowing EXACTLY where we'll be going for the future monument needs!

We ordered a tombstone for my dad's gravesite in August 2021. It is March 2022 and Patterson has not set it up. I get one excuse after another when I can get them on the phone. If not up this week we wanted our $**** back. Now we can't get in touch with the company. Any contact would be appreciated. Lana S******
