“I called for a piece of SSB window glass and got their voice-mail so I left the info with the dimensions. The same day a nice lady called me back and said it would be ready for pickup that day. I call that great customer service! However the size was off about 1/8th of an inch possibly due to the size being left via voice-mail. Luckily my brother who was installing it had been in the business for many years and was able to cut it. But I'm sure had I called them back they would gladly have made it right. Highly recommend Cherokee Glass!”
