“Someone posted using my name and it was not me. I cannot imagine why someone would do such a thing but they did. I have never banked at this bank and though on rare occasions have used the ATM downtown when visiting Centre I have no banking relationship whatsoever with these people. Somehow via a mutual acquaintance the customer service folks at the bank tracked down my cell phone number and called or I wouldn't have known about this. I know one person who is a former client of the former attorney noted and this person is a former client of many local attorneys and would be well known to all of the local judges, attorneys, the city police as well as the sheriff's department with whom I had a business dispute a couple of months ago but I shall not name them here. If I had to guess that's where it came from. In summary, someone created a google "account" with my name and apparently intentionally posted the negative review thereunder. I had nothing to do with it and if I can find a legal remedy I will pursue it. I regret any inconvenience this has caused the bank, their employees, or their customers.”
