The people there have been cutting my hair forever and I have never had any complaints. If I want a different hair style they do a great job on it. Would recommend going here for a cut price is good and the employees are better!! 10/10

I would give a zero if I could. I went to this salon and requested a cut, with my hair color brown redone with heavy highlights. I brought several pictures to show what I wanted. There just isn't enough room on this post to describe how uneducated the stylist I had was. I asked if she had a product that would remove my old dye to start out my new color with a fresh color. She said that they do not make anything like that. Guess she never reads about the many, many products that will remove old coating of dyes to begin fresh color with better results. Then I asked her if she could just foil using 2 different colors which I have had done many times before. She replied that she never heard of that being done before. She Then told me I didn't need heavy highlights due to the upkeep and expense of it. Very condescending and outright rude to say to a client. Now I will get to the best part. She dyed my hair brown which I couldn't even tell that it has been done because she talked me into using a lighter shade than I wanted. I honestly could not tell it had been done, I asked for a shade darker because I wanted a contrast with the dark and light. Then she does the highlights pulled through a cap. Her bleach was so watery that it didn't stick to my hair, instead it seeped into a big spot on top of my head and one side of my face. It was yellow orange, smack dab in the middle of my head. when she was done, I told her I could barely see the highlights and it wasn't toned down and it was globbed up on the middle of my head and globbed up on one side.Sside.She made a statement that she was in a hurry to get home for plan's she made. She charged me $120 dollars. I then asked her if she would charge me for more highlights and a toner to make it look better; she replied it would be $75 dollars. I left and my husband was angry when he asked how much I spent on my horrible looking hair. I called them and asked for a refund, which they refused to give me. The manager told me that she will redo my hair. I asked them would you want someone who screwed up your hair to be putting bleach back on your hair when she did such a bad job the first time? The woman acted like a smart allick to me. I explained to them that the customer service and a bad review would reflect on them. That they should do the right thing. They did not handle the situation professionally, and beware of this particular salon if you expect to be treated fairly.
