Have ordered from them several times and and everything I received was excellent quality. Shipping is always super fast. My only complaint would be that I wish they had more colors in the gingham shorts because we have all the colors available ?.

I'm only giving this a 1 star because I'm forced to. I paid $10 shipping to receive my daughter's shirt in 2 days. I didn't receive my shirt in time and sent them multiple messages. The messages were received but nobody has responded to me. What a joke! I'm demanding a refund, but of course, no reply.

We have ordered a couple times from them and then our most most recent order was over 3 weeks ago. Their order did not come to us with in their stated turn around time. When we noticed this we messaged, emailed, and fb messaged them over the course of a week and a half. No one has responded to any communications about where our order is. We finally got our order and sizes were incorrect. Again, we sent messages, emails and left voicemails, no response. ** edit to add*** Thank you for finally reaching out to my business partner after I left reviews here and fb. Three weeks of constant communication from us and not one time has anyone reached out until I left public reviews. Nothing that I have said is inaccurate, but thank you for correcting the issues with our order.

Their products are high quality and hold up really well. I had an issue with 2 dresses that had spots on them and contacted them. They sent replacements and a return label the same day. I would highly recommend them!

I have ordered numerous times over the past couple of years and have loved the quality, until recently. I don't know if they have changed suppliers, but I have received items with the neck cut and sewn crocked, creepers that have marking pen on all the snaps (that is not disappearing ink), items with stains on the inside of the shirt, and customer service is a joke. Their solution to everything is to "fill out a form". Sometimes it takes old fashioned humans to provide customer support for things that don't fit into one of the pre-determined categories.

Absolutely by far the best blanks I have ever used. Other brands do not even compare to the quality and variety BB has. I exclusively have been using BB for blanks for my children's birthday shirt business for over 2 years now and all of our feedback/reviews mention that the quality of the shirt material is phenomenal. Plus you cant beat these prices! Leah and Darius who work in the warehouse are always so welcoming and friendly, quick to answer any questions or to deal with any (on rare occasions) concerns. When a specific color or size is out of stock, the website gives an estimated date of restock which helps me with communication to my clients. Contacting BB about restock questions gets a fast response and often times they have what you need available but have not restocked it yet. Love this shop!
