I dropped my phone, lost visual, my man thought most likely a broken display screen, and it would cost $189 up front. Next day, I returned to pick it up. Turned out it was just a cable unplugged, AND HE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
These men do excellent repairs, and give you back your money when you don't need a repair. Respect!

I brought my PlayStation 5 in for repair, and it turned out that the HDMI port needed replacing. Sam was able to fix it on the same day. This store is great!

I can’t speak on any other devices but i DO NOT recommend taking an iphone 14 pro max here. They replaced my screen just for it to black out, they fixed the black out and i got it back with lines in it. will not come back to this shop.

This place fixed my grandson’s phone cuz he did something to the battery that it wouldn’t work anymore! They will fix anything as long as you want to pay! The man even told me that it wouldn’t be worth trying to fix my tablet! So I had him repair an iPad instead great place I recommend!

They deceive their customers. They will tell you it is one price when they call to tell you it’s ready and upon arriving to pick it up then the price is different. The technician was being smart saying he wasn’t the one that quoted the price over the phone and what he had to do to the device. But whatever he had to do was already done when the call was made that it was ready and the price was given for services.Bad business!!!Beware of this place! It’s more professional places to go get your device repaired! If I could give a 0 I would!!

Saul is amazing. I initially took my PS5 and iPad to Ubreakifix. They kept my devices a total of 10 days and said that both couldn't be fixed by them. I googled and came across Smartech. Both devices were fixed in less than 24 hours. Definitely a gem and would recommend! He communicated throughout and had outstanding customer service. Lucky to find this place!
