Horrible company! Horrible service. I can't even get them to come pick up the tank! 99 min phone wait. Will not give the day they are coming. I am just supposed to leave my gate open & animals in till they get around to it. Good luck trying to get a rep that speaks English. PLus what they charge for pick up! INSANE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FOREIGN COMPANY. The worst company ever! All the telephone agents are in another country. Not even Americans! Paid my bill and 25 days later the company has not processed the payment. Numerous chat sessions and phone calls and no action. And now they are charging a late fee.
