They have a campground for campers or tiny houses. Reasonable prices, friendly, and people around here are real friendly. Instead of having to pump your camper you have SEWAGE which is definitely a huge plus.

Lots are extremely small but, close to a store that's good. No laundry room or bath house. Only 10 to 15 minutes to town that's a good thing.
