Bought brand new in 2022 and has been in the shop for warranty and out of pockets costs 7 times. Last trip was a whopping $3500 bill. All my neighbors have John Deere, Kubota, etc and not one has been in the shop since (or before) we bought a Mahindra.

Purchased a Mahindra tractor and that experience was topnotch! Obviously when they are getting your money they will treat you like royalty, but beware of their customer service department. Our tractor is under warranty and they pretty much refuse to help us out unless we shell out a substantial amount of money in order to use it. When we could just fix it ourselves for much less time, money and headache as my husband is a certified diesel mechanic. They offered zero help in finding a solution and from a tractor with as few hours on it as ours you'd hope that they'd be more then willing to help. Definitely not what you would expect after giving them 40K. So just know who you are dealing with when you buy from here and hope and pray you don't have defective parts.

Brent was amazing. We were greeted politely as soon as we entered the building. We made a large purchase and it could not have went any smoother. I definitely recommend Foothills Tractor in Centre, Alabama.

They done what I ask it is real high on the labor and parts we went to pickup tractor they brought it around to our trailer I’m not able to do nothing my son has never loaded a tractor on trailer they didn’t offer no help so we will use someone else next time
