Only gave a 1 because you can’t give negatives. From the beginning all we’ve had is problems. They give you a date but don’t honor it. They charged us for hook up that wasn’t included with first quote. NOW- they have mistaken us with somebody else and charged over $1,000 for services we never received. We contacted them 3 time a month for 6 months and talk to nonspeaking people who say it is clearly not our bill, but then we get the same bill the next month. Now collections. There is no one to talk to since they moved the physical building out of town. Will NOT use again
