I got a full breakdown from one of the workers on how this works! All the workers do is scan and store your packages. The delivery part is left for the FedEx workers to do. So if you guys have any issues contact FedEx and leave them a bad review! I’m always in and out of the store in less than maybe 3 minutes!

They just left my package up against a tree. took a pic of it and said it was delivered to my front door. It was a mile away on the side of the road. For three days. Ridiculous!!
