My family and I have been using great clips for years - we won’t be back,The woman who cut my hair, cut the length and bangs uneven. The lady who cut my daughter’s hair was rude and obnoxious.I have always left a good tip, but didn’t realize how many “tags” were left until styling it for a Christmas function- now I need to get more length cut off just to get it fixed!!!

I’ve never really been happy with my hair & wear hats 99% of the time. Just went in, had Ashley as a stylist and told her to make it look good. She did an amazing job. Great staff, short wait and I’ll be back for sure.

Got my haircut this past Saturday and the girl basically shaved the side of my head and I told her what she was doing she said sorry got the wrong notes. Then when I get home I see a friend in the neighborhood who had the samething happen and to him that same day as well by the same girl we won’t be going back.

Poor customer service. When I recently checked out there was an issue with the transaction, so I had to do it several times. Later in the week I noticed I was double billed. No problem, mistakes happen. I returned to the Chelsea location to get it corrected. I was told they couldn’t do a credit on my card as they would visit with management and give me a call back. No communication back. I stopped by there again tonight. Employee called the owner and I was told Marc would call me back. Instead he sent me a text and told me to correct it with my bank. How can a manager or owner run a business this way? Not even the decency to call me in person. For not correcting a simple $35 error on their part, they have lost a customer for good. I would suggest people find a better run place than this, if the owner doesn’t value his customers better than this.

Cut the sides of my bangs too short so it looks like half a bowl cut, missed a piece of hair in the middle of my bangs, and just generally didn't do a good job. Won't be coming back. Worst 20$ I've spent.

Called and asked for an appointment with Ashley today. Answer:we don’t take appointments. Drove to shop, asked for Ashley. Answer: sit down, we’ll be with you in a minute. As it turns out, Ashley isn’t working today!!! Train your employees better.

If I could rate a 0 I would. None of them listen to their clients. I have the easiest haircut and they manage to still mess it up. I don’t recommend any great clips locations. They don’t pay attention to what they are doing. It’s hard to find a good barber anywhere. I’m to the point where I’m going to start cutting my own hair.
