Today, May, 28th I went to the Acton Road location in Birmingham. When I entered the lobby the young man at the first desk seems to ignore my presence, but then there was Neil who asked what did I need. Neil provided the best customer service. He gave me the information I requested without hesitation. Customer service is so important. Please commend Neil for a job well done. He would do very well training your other employees on how to treat customers when they come into the door. Kudos Neil. Thank you so much because I have had some really cloudy days lately.
