I had not the best of experiences at the nail salon next door and came in here to see what their competitors offer just to find out that this is not actually a competitor but Miss Judy was so phenomenal at apologizing for her neighbor and informating me that I probably caught the guy next door on an "off day because he is usually on point" that not only will I make sure to come back to Merle Norman from r any beauty products but I'll more than likely give the nail salon next door another chance. Thank you Ms.TaraMy daughter has special needs but for a whole year she has been asking me to get her ears pierced. Ms.Tara worked with my daughter a whole hour to get her ears pierced. She had informed me she would be leaving soon before I got there. I know she didn’t anticipate being there another hour but I’m extremely grateful. My daughter loves her earrings. She was so patient with her and me. I’d recommend this store. They will take care of you.

Love the service.... for those who complain about lack of service, make an appointment! Don't you have to make an appointment for dentist and doctors?These gifted women are talented and have careers like other professionals. Treat them with respect like your other professionals.
