My daughter wanted to try a new place and we ended up here. It’s was okay. They rushed my pedicure so no relaxation! In and out in 20 minutes. My daughter loves her nails so I guess that was a plus. They are friendly but nothing about this place screams professional. Overpriced for what you get.

Very nice people but the last few times we have been in there they have been really rushed and have done a crappy job .. My mom’s toes and nails look like a kindergartner painted them ! It’s always a different price every time we go in there no matter if you get the same thing it’s a different price every time. My paint on my nails didn’t even cover my whole nail and the paint has chipped off within the next day .

Terrible job on both mani & pedi. The left and right are no where near uniformed. The lady that did my natural fingernails rushed through and basically just painted my nails, and not very well. The thing that really gets me is they add 3% if using a card to pay. Nobody carries cash anymore. I will NOT be back to this place!!!!

The absolute WORST experience EVER! The place is not clean. They do not perform the service that they charge you for. They rush through and have extremely out dated products. Do not waste your time or money there! You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED! Does that look like an 82 dollar mani/pedi??

Best nail shop in chelsea area. This is definitely worth your time and money. Cheaper than most nail shops and they barely make you wait at all. Ladies there are so sweet and make you feel like family. Clean environment. Just overall 10/10 stars!! Please don't waste your time and go to A Nails beside dollar tree they are absolutely awful. This is definitely the better nail place. Support a good business and good customer service over rude money hungry people like the ones that work at A Nails.

I got chunky horrifying nails my grandparents felt so bad for me they gave me $100 to get them done somewhere else DON’T EVER GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD LOOKING NAILS

Everything was OK, but I got a manicure it didn't seem like new or clean tools were being used. It looked Iike they were wrapped in a napkin then placed right back into the same napkin. Also the tech checks you out with your receipt and watches what u put. Kind of awkward.. also paid for a basic manicure with gel $42? Kind of pricey in my opinion

Would be a regular here if I lived closer. Tammy did a fantastic job! Pedicure was spectacular, and my nails and toenails look just as I requested. 10/10 fabulous

They made me pay for pedicure when I only go in for toes to be clipped filed an polish ( polish that I bring my self same kind they use) because I'm a type one biabetic first it was 10 then 12 now15 it's getting ridiculous they are very friendly but half of them don't understand what you say so they just do what ever then expect you to pay I tell them no I d on't want that an they make me pay for there mistake not rightServices: Pedicure

Today was the worst. I go there with my sister to get our pedicures done. The shop had just opened and we were directed to the back. I get gel color and designs. My sister always get deluxe pedicure with gel color. We were each given techs that were not experienced. The child that did my toes was probably too young to be working in the salon. I know she was still in school age and nipped my toe and displayed no concern. My sister get deluxe with hot rocks etc. The tech did less than what she was paid to do. The price changes each time we visit and we get the same thing. There is NO PRICES posted either. This is my last time going here because I work too hard for my money. This is a treat to myself and that is what I expect.Service: Pedicures

I go there often, about every two to three weeks to get my nails and toes did but today will be my last unfortunately. The older guy in the back coughed all on me. Not once did he cover his mouth, turn his head or go put on a mask while painting my toes. It was the worst uncomfortable feeling ever. Thing is he managed not to cough on the lady before me or after me, not even once. I had on my mask but I was still feeling unwell by the time I left the shop. Too much going around to be that inconsiderate and nasty. I'll go where I'm better treated. He's the brother in law to the owners. It's almost midnight and I'm in bed still unwell. :(Service: Acrylic nails
