Staff is lazy, refuses to offer any modern shipping accommodations. The fedex inside the Walgreens across the street offers QR code label printing and receipt confirmation, something that this location does not offer. Staff is also unhelpful and would prefer to chat with their buddies instead of helping customers.
Don’t waste your time, just go across the street and send your packages with a modern operation. I sell thousands of dollars of equipment through shipping services and a printed receipt is the bare minimum expected for shipping confirmation. Telling customers to “just use your tracking number” is remarkably out of touch for a serious business.

We own a small business and needed customer contracts printed. I was very pleased to find out Post Net in Chelsea provides that service. Diane was very helpful. I picked up the contracts today along with some other forms I needed too. The pricing was so much cheaper then Staples. I am a very HAPPY customer. Highly recommend this business!! Keep it local CHELSEA!! Buy from POSTNET.

Always great service with a smile! You tell Diane your vision for a logo, an ad or a card and she can put it on paper for you. Very satisfied with everything they have helped me with.

I take packages to this Chelsea Post Net for a handicapped older women. She uses their service all the time. She wanted me to ship an iPad next day to her grandson to be delivered on Friday to Kansas City. The owner wanted $286. I opted for Tuesday delivery it was $156. When I returned and told the women, she said it was wrong and pulled up all the carriers on the internet. Next day for Friday delivery was $153. He wanted to overcharge us by $133. The Tuesday delivery that she paid $156 for was $78. How disappointing!!!!Two weeks later, I brought five letters priority mail Prepaid postage, and wanted to drop them off for her again. He was there again, and told me rudely….no, go across the street and drop it off. This really is a shame because this handicap woman spends a lot of money there and she just wanted me to drop off five letters that were prepaid which he couldn’t make any money on so he told me to go across the street I’m saddened to see this type of business practices.
