“My pups seem to think the best time to fall ill is on the weekend. And of course it’s major, so no putting it off until Monday. I’m so thankful, albeit poorer, for all the wonderful staff at VSB. As traumatic as these incidents are it’s comforting to know your baby is getting the absolute best care. To have 24 hour attentiveness given by such a knowledgeable and compassionate staff helps reassure yourself, that other than praying, you’re doing everything you can to provide your pet with a fighting chance to have a positive outcome. They call you with updates. They don’t get snarky when you call with questions. Truly a kind and caring facility for the pet and its human(s). Phoebe is home and recovering. I am grateful for VSB . Phoebe says the jury is still out.. All she knows is that as nice as they seemed, they kept her in a cage and stuck her with needles. We won’t even talk about shaving the legs! She’s embarrassed.”
“This place is the best! I have a Yorkie and I took him to several other pet boutiques to get groomed. No one was able to groom my dog or was willing to cut and groom my dogs face. It was very frustrating . I took him to Chelsea and she did such an amazing job! She is so sweet and patient with my do! If anyone is looking for a dog groomer that actually loves her job and actually grooms your dog the way they are supposed to be groomed then this is the place to go! So happy I found this place!”
“We have had wonderful experiences here! The staff is all very kind and caring each time we bring our dog in. Dr. Stumpff is our veterinarian and has always provided excellent care - including during some difficult to manage illnesses in the past. She worked hard to help figure out the root issues causing our dog’s symptoms. We’ve also seen Dr. Morrison for a check up and she was very kind and thorough. Would definitely recommend this office for your pet’s care!”

“Holmes Feline Clinic is fantastic. Clean (and cute ?) office. Exams and owner counseling are thorough, addressing both dietary and medication needs. And they go over a printed bloodwork report with you, which is so nice. Dr. Holmes and staff have been so helpful with my elderly boys, both of which had chronic conditions requiring meds. ? And the boarding services are also really great!”
“5 stars just aren't enough for 280 AMC- We have a multitude of animals (13 total including some farm animals) and Dr's Jay and Sarah are absolutely the best in what they do. Like human drs, you can't teach someone bedside manners and compassion and this staff has THAT! Yes, they are very knowledgeable on procedures and pharma and disease processes but their love for the animals is why I love them! I have had to call after hours for concerns on several occasions and they have offered to meet me or wait on me to drive to the clinic to treat my fur babies. When I have had to say good-bye to 2 of my senior dogs, Dr Jay showed so much compassion and helped ease my heart as much as it could be. And not to be overlooked are the techs and front desk- They love what they do and it shows. They are always kind and loving with our babies and I never worry about the level of care they will receive if they require an overnight stay. I truly can't praise 280AMC enough.”

The CaIdwellMill animal clinic is a very nice staff very receptive. I have used many vets in town and continue to use special events for breeding, however, for general veterinary care from minor to severe you cannot beat Dr. Jordan.”

“My bird had a broken leg and there were no vets for bird in my town on the weekend so I went this place on Sunday. Arrived around 1 p.m. but the place was already busy. The doctor and all the staffs were super nice. The doctor explained every little details about the examination and the treatment. It was really nice visit after all.”

“Loved that they offered the first vet appointment for free! I am adopting a stray cat that decided to make its home in my backyard, and this appointment was wonderful. Staff was professional and friendly, even when my cat was upset over exam/vaccines. The staff went above and beyond with flea treatment help, answering my questions, and spending time on physical exam. I am looking forward to followups (even though Kitty isn't haha).”

“I went with my friend to have his dog's ear examined. The dog was miserable and shaking her head and whining. They were incredibly helpful and also understanding when we showed up 30 minutes late. My friends' dog was incredibly comfortable (save for the pain she was having in her ear) and I felt as if the team truly cared for her well being because they were behaving so lovingly towards her. This vet is over 30 minutes from my home; and now I am going to bring MY three dogs to see this vet at Britt Animal Hospital because of the positive attitude of the staff. They were incredibly caring about how poorly my friends dog was feeling. The doctor's and veterinary assistant's compassion and "bedside manner" is TOP NOTCH!”
