“After visiting several veterinary clinics around Birmingham over the years, I can confidently say this was the best experience we’ve ever had.
My wife brought our 125-pound Mastiff in for his first visit, and anyone with a giant breed knows that a vet appointment can be quite the challenge. From the moment she arrived, the entire process was smooth and efficient. We were seen quickly, and every member of the staff was welcoming and professional.
Dr. Sam was outstanding. He was genuine, compassionate, incredibly thorough, and completely transparent throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to carefully explain everything, answered every question, and made it clear that he truly cared about our dog’s health and well-being rather than rushing us through the visit.
The pricing was another pleasant surprise. Everything was explained upfront with no hidden costs, and despite our dog needing X-rays, the total was far more affordable than we expected and significantly less than what we’ve paid at other veterinary clinics.
The level of care, attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism was exceptional. We’ve found our veterinarian, and we won’t be taking our dog anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Sam and his team to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic that genuinely puts both pets and their owners first.”

“Dr. Stark is compassionate, thoughtful, and exceptional with anxious dogs (and owners). She never recommends unnecessary tests, takes a whole-pet approach, and truly listens. When my senior dog lost significant weight with normal test results, Dr. Stark identified stress-related GI issues and helped her fully recover. Her surgical referral for a chest mass and follow-up guidance were excellent. Thanks to her care, my dog will be a happy 15-year-old soon.
