“I went to three boutiques the other day searching for the perfect top for our newborn pictures. Two boutiques in a Saraland and one in Mobile. I went to Mobile first and the girl just ate chips the whole time and never asked to help me at all. She asked if anything worked when I came out and I told her no and that things fit different after having baby and told her what I was shopping for. She still never offered to help and kept munching on chips. I didn’t find anything ther”

“The people that run this store need a raise, the customer service is fantastic. I came in there last minute and everyone was polite and helped me make my decisions even though they were about to close. I needed to do a layaway and they still help me I really appreciate them. Jan and Monica are excellent I remember their names because they were so patient with me. I've been there several times and everyone is so professional and polite. this is the only Citi Trends I want to go to. these people need to be used to train other folks at other Citi Trends. “I Love every product and I have ever purchased from Z Beautique. Not only have I just purchased the products I am 3 years this month with my Loc journey. I have the Zubada's Leave-In Conditioner and I buy that religiously it helps keep my loc's hydrated and smelling and feeling good. I also use the hair growth oil as well. The new product the Z Luxury Body Creme (Butter) Lavender Vanilla is amazing I have really dry skin and when I say my feet and leg's haven't been softer, plus I can't keep my Husband off me :) LOL Besides all that This is not just a place of business the people and the atmosphere are like family my daughter and Husband both have started their loc's since I did I started mine in Oct.2021. My daughter July of 2022, and my Husband April of 2024. We Love everyone there. “I ordered the steak kabobs with brussel sprouts,steak was very delicious but it didn't have the pineapple or other stuff on the skewers as it called for.
The brussel sprouts were very tasty but I couldn't eat them bc they were under cooked.

“The Waterfront Rescue Mission thrift shop on Cottage Hill is such a unique shop filled with treasures large and small. The ladies that work in the front are very helpful, hard working and kind, as well as those helping to unload donations in the rear! It’s a joy to donate and shop to help support this great mission.One of the coolest things about this shop is the organization. They usually group related items together in a way that appears like a home; such as pieces pulled together to create a living room, bedroom, dining room, etc. they even place nice China sets on the tables!I love how these ladies have made this thrift shop something special and unique; sets it apart from the rest and helps raise much needed money for the mission. ?? The Christian music is always a reminder of their mission and goals.It’s a joy to support this shop’s mission by donating items and thrifting with fam and friends!”
“I placed an order for pick up at the cordova mall location (very first time purchasing from old navy). The order was for the dynamic fleece cargo joggers that I've been waiting to go down in price. A few hours after I placed the order, I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to my transaction being flagged as fraudulent. I called customer service and they could not explain why it was flagged. I was told I would have to place the order again or have them ship me my product for another charge of $36. Meanwhile, I have to wait on the original $36 to fall out of my account. Very disappointing! The one star is for the manager George for making sure I would be able to come in the store to make my purchase. Thanks George!”
