I want to give a big shoutout to James, the customer service manager at the Family Dollar in Chickasaw, Alabama. His attitude was amazing—super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, but James did just that. The store itself was also very clean, well-organized, and stocked, which made my shopping experience even better. Great management makes a big difference, and James is definitely doing things right. Keep up the great work!

The cashier plays on her phone the whole time listening to music amd I've even came in and them be talking on ear phones to people playing and they will ignore you. They don't greet you and they are more interested in playing on their phones then helping you. They also have a clearance isle with stuff that isn't even clearance or clearly marked. Got to the front and the shampoo was full price and she said it was discontinued which i understand. This should be clearly marked and not thrown in clearance and still be full price. 🙄 this dg is unprofessional.

Hey tried calling a few times tonight but my husband bought these tonight and they tasted pretty bad. Probably because they’re a bad flavor but also..it’s past the sell date. I would remove the rest of them before anyone else buys thems.

Employees are kind, however please update your hours. Hours list 8am- 10pm. On multiple occasions I have sat in my car until 9 am when the doors finally opened.

James one of the managers is sooo helpful and nice. He personally stopped stocking to get my favorite tea from the back of the store. I really appreciate him and think he deserves a raise ;)

This place has gotten horrible! Can't get down aisles from the stock sitting around. Today the blonde behind at check out was rude not helpful at all. To many other stores to shop at to have to deal with this. It use to be a nice place to shop but now.
