I recently just rented a unit from a nice lady by the name of Fazi. She was so extreamly helpful and guided me through my unit rental. I would recomend this facility to anyone just because of the wonderful cutsomer service.

Patricia was great! Signing up was very easy and quick! She was very detail oriented! I would deff recommend to someone else if they ever need a storage unit!
Update: There seemed to be confusion with the size of the unit that I bought. I asked which unit would be best for an entire living room suit and bedroom suit and she suggested the 5X10 and instead of thinking I just agreed and of course it was way too small, that was my fault for not paying attention! I didn’t realize until I had a U-Haul full of furniture when we got to the unit and it was so close to the call center closing, luckily I was able to get on the phone with someone named Nick and he transferred me to a bigger unit right before he got off work! Had he not helped me I would have been in a mess with all that furniture on a U-Haul that had to be returned that night! I just want to say how thankful I was that Nick was such a huge help!! The process was quick and easy and it was all done just in time! Once again thank you Nick!!

Cherryl did an outstanding job walking me through the coded lock on the door and also since there wasn't a lock in the unit sending a $10 amount back to me. Her customer service was outstanding and her patience was also. I would definitely like to work with her again.
