Rude very old lady with a very low sense of morale and humor.Also, she seemed very slow with her hands already. Her restroom didn't have a paper towel or an electric hand dryer and the hand soap had more water than actual cleaning agent in it. Covid is always around the corner so it is alarming.I wonder how this kind of "monkey business" can survive in this economy when all you need is a printer and tape to do it yourself....
