I think that there are some discriminatory issues that this branch still need to address. I started account maybe about 2-3 months ago and ended up closing the account after my experience (side note: this was just supposed to be a bank that I placed my emergency fund into). The beginning process is seamless, from starting an account to checking your monies via the app etc, but, I think the real issues come when you ask the branch to be more than a basic branch.I entered the branch to receive a simple small loan. I would assume the way that I was dressed (sweatpants, oversized discolored hoodie and some Nike slides) may have been slightly off putting. When I informed the branch that I wanted the receive a loan they pointed me to the one person in the office that could complete it and she proceeded to ask me a series of questions that she wrote all on the back of a piece of simple white paper and then proceeded to tell me that they do not take into account the full application until after they have ran someone's credit score. I had already let her know that I could provide adequate paystubs at the first conversation.Once she realized (within 2 hours of leaving the bank) that my credit score was not the issue, she then proceeded to contact me wanting 3 different verifications of income including paystubs (that she refused the first time) as well as a W-9 form.I think that its important that everyone attempts to get a loan at their respectable banks because it does truly show the type of people that are handling the day to day operations of you funds.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help!!! It's so nice that they remember you by name! Really gives the bank a great "hometown" vibe!!!!
