Very helpful folks at this branch. Would be great if they could make debit cards here, and not have to go 30 minutes to nearest branch for this.

Branch manager doesnt get back with a Customer. Fraud department made it clear that branch Manager is putting account on hold. She is never available. We left Messages with 2 people, calling every day for over a week. Fraud department Manager has time but branch manager doesn't. Other employees are great, it's just something happens to people when they get that "manager" title and think they are gods. Well ur not. Thanks to progress and anti-monopoly laws, there are plenty of other banks who's managers are doing their job by helping clients, reducing risks, opened to suggestions and compromises which in the end actually will pay off and not acting like they spontaneous psychotic young ladies who finally got attention and have to act cold and unreachable. Btw, Customer for over 10 years.. I guess lady missed "petroleum" incoming checks. Well, better for us, clean your mess up yourself. Never step a foot in that bank.

Regions Bank is Citronelle, AL has an AWESOME team of people to help meet the needs of our community. From Jessica the branch manager, Belvia the CSR, and all the tellers who know me by name, they make customer service with a smile a top priority.

There is only two banks in Citronelle, so out of the two i think this one is the best. Ive banked here and so have many in the family as well of half of Citronelle....
