The guy who works at this location is so rude. I accidentally used my cash app card, I didn’t read the signs posted, my bad sorry. If it’s really that big of a deal you need to tell everyone you see with a card, no cash app instead of expecting us to read a sign on the pin pad or below it. Regardless, this guy was SO rude to me about it and talked to me like the dirt on his shoes. It honestly made me so uncomfortable. I will not be back to this location.

My son went to buy 2 bottles of bourbon one for him and one for me. He was told he could only purchase one. So I went back in to purchase one for me. They said I was lying and refused to sell me the bottle because they said I was buying a second bottle for my son. I explained to them that the second bottle was for me but the guy sales associate and the lady manager refused to sell it to me. My wife picked up a bottle for me on her way home. Not a big deal but was an unpleasant experience.

Can be better! If the owner realizes the poor variety of liquor! Yes, Clanton is a small town , but there are lots of people like me who don't want to drive to Birmingham or Prattville or Montgomery to find your favorite liquor for your party or just because!

The older male cashier that works here is rude as hell. On several occasions I’ve walked into this establishment and he doesn’t speak, and no, he was not busy ringing up customers. I also noticed he did not want to say “you’re welcome” after a customer said thanks/ have a good day after completing a purchase. Maybe he has his “preferences” on who he provides good customer service to. If there was another ABC store in Clanton I’d for sure go there instead. I guess I’ll just make my purchases in other cities. Perhaps someone more customer service oriented should be hired as well.
