At&t is not helpful at all! We were quoted a certain amount and our bill has NEVER BEEN THAT PRICE!! We have went to 2 different stores and have been on the phone two seperate times and reached out to the email service and NO ONE has helped us but saying sorry it will be $3000 to leave. I am fed up and it's absolutely ridiculous. We traded in our phones for equal credit and we can't even leave because that was just a LUXURY DISPOSAL SERVICE. AT&T do better, I'm sure this is a BBB complaint!!

I received my Internet 5 days ago and still no service. Was suppose to have a technician at 1:15 to 1:45pm and didn't make it. Then got a text saying he would arrive at 3:30 to 4pm and he arrived at 2:30pm. I definitely would not recommend ATT If you are working from home in Clanton. I will be calling Central Access in the near future. Afterwards sent a bill for $99 for moving the modem away from the TV and putting it high on the entertainment center. Two Experts from the help desk couldn't tell us.

Your employees are very courteous and very kind Dylan Blaine and Willie are the best they are at the store in Clanton they always make you feel like you're at home and I'll always willing to help you. A guy named Blane?(I think was his name?) helped me out so much! I don't know much about phones but he was very informative and let me know everything I needed to know! He got me the newest IPhone and a case with AirPods! I love it!

Staff knowledge is just about non existent in terms of mobile wifi devices. Went in with new Netgear 4g modem asked them to activate it, after doing some things on computer and a Sim swop they advised me my data plan type does not support a modem only a wifi Hotspot I Google in store and found a post where a att rep said its possible after which they still said its not possible. So I went home Googled it and found on a att forum how to make it work within 2 min it was online and active.
