I just wanna thank Mr. Shon Hobbs and Mr. David Walsh for going above and beyond to help me out today. Had a flat tire and special lug nuts so I couldn’t change out the tire myself.
They were able to come air up my tire and got it patched asap!

Pleased with the overall experience. We Purchased a new vehicle and process was not lengthy. Staff were super friendly. We felt like we got a good deal with trade. Only issue is I wish they had actually removed all of the stickers and cleaned the vehicle.

These folks were great! We were passing through with our camper and dogs when we began having truck issues. We called Baugh Ford Service and Shon and David said “come on by!”. They diagnosed our problem and Eric had us fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes. They allowed our fur babies in the lobby to wait and Rodney even brought them water and a bowl. Thanks so much and awesome service department!

Brad and Wesley went above and beyond to make this deal happen. They were quick to get all of the information needed to and from me. The deal and trade was done over the phone entirely and all I had to do was show up amd sign. They have earned a loyal customer. Shane made the signing process quick amd easy as well.
