  I got my hair done (not naming the stylist) she does not deserve that, but I will have you know my hair is so screwed.. I literally have to double pay to have someone fix it... 😭

  I went to Elite Salon today and Maddie C. colored my hair based off a picture I showed her and she knocked it out of the park guys!! It turned out PERFECT and just like I wanted and beyond! She was such a sweetheart and was so professional also! I WILL be going back!

  I had fairyhair and a couple of feathers put in my hair for my sister's wedding.
  She did an amazing job and it looks great. Glad I was able to get an appointment at the last minute.

  Initially I set up an appointment with another stylist at Elite (won't say any names because I really don't think it's correct to slander her name) and I had my hair highlighted, toned and trimmed by her. I was so unhappy and was so depressed about how my hair turned out. It was orangey and brassy on top and my hair felt super dry and damaged. Had to do a deep conditioning treatment overnight the next day. I was asked to pay for her products used and even then I still wanted my money back after the fact because I was so unhappy. I contacted the owner Chelsea and she was so nice and responded to my messages promptly. She was very understanding and offered for me to come in Friday (today) at 10am to fix my hair free of charge. I just left a little while ago and she went above and beyond at fixing my hair. I am so happy I went back in and gave her a try. My hair turned out PERFECT! Just the way I wanted it! I didn't have to pay anything but I did just for the fact that I want her to do my hair next time and it's hard to find a great hairstylist that does your hair exactly how you want it and leaves it feeling super healthy when you leave. Outstanding job Chelsea! You are great at what you do and you deserve all the praise and more! I will be back soon!??☺️??

  I apologized by give a bad review to this salon ! But it been terrible bad !!! I went here onces and is was terrible bad! And i decided to give it another chance with the different Stylist ! And yeap it turn bad !!! I went back to get it fix is just bad!!! Make your own Judgement!! And killer was the second time i went she told to go back to get it fix! She put the bleach then spray water to stop the Process !! And i ask her i have to wash my hair because i still have the Chemical, she said oh i spray water to stop the process ! It was no courtesy not even to shampoo my hair !!!

  I had an 8 am appt on Saturday with Lacey. I had a family reunion this day and my husband told me I was making a mistake. There was no way I’d make it to the reunion in time after a color, cut & style. I tell him not to worry. The morning of the appt I oversleep!!! I wake up at about 8:15 and frantically call the salon and ask if there is any chance they could squeeze me in. She says “I can do it if you get here in 20 minutes”. I arrive in 18 and she gets to work. I’ve been to salon before but this is my first time with Lacey. After I tell her what I want, I thank her again for getting me in and ask her how I got so lucky. She explains that her next appt isn’t until 1, but if I overlap a little it’s okay. My heart sank. The reunion starts at 1!!! So I explain this to her and she says she over estimates because it’s hair and you never know. Understood. I cross my fingers and hope for the best. I was out of there by 10:18 with plenty of time to spare and my hair looked great. Let me add that I have ALOT of hair. She had to go back and mix more color twice. She could have easily been frustrated that I overslept, or told me she didn’t have enough time. She really pulled through for me. Taylor has done my hair a few times and she is great too but I needed a weekend appt this time. 10/10 recommend. Thank you again Lacey!!

  They never return calls! I have called over 8 times and have left my name and number only to be sent to a machine and never got a return call from anyone. Must have all the customers they need ugh?
