“I live in Virginia and could not get to Alabama for my closest aunt’s funeral. My mother, her sister, used to own a florist and I’m really funny about who does my flowers. I was having a hard time finding anyone who would deliver to the little country church the service was held at. Lo and behold, I called Pinedale Gardens and spoke with Gay who was so wonderful working with getting in touch with my cousin for the delivery and just being a genuinely good human. I just had good vibes that she was going to do me right for my aunt’s send off and I was so right. They were just perfect and my cousin immediately FaceTimed me to show me when they arrived. We were both moved to tears by their beauty and how perfectly suited they were for my aunt. I deeply appreciate your thoughtful touches and being so amenable.”
