Howells does great work but are not the most efficient in keeping you informed if when you service work is completed. If you take things there for repair you're going to always have a very long wait. I've taken my riding mower there and the last two times it was done and no one ever called to tell me. I finally stopped vin on my own because I seen it sitting out front turns out it was done and ready to be picked up but no one had bothered calling me to tell me.
