This is a great place with awesome employees. Our RV broke down on October 10, 2025 as we pulled in to get diesel. The first thing we did was to speak with the guys at Loves Truck Care. Matthew, Antonio and John H were great! Matthew got underneath our RV and told us what he thought was the issue. However they didn’t have the parts to fix it or we would have had them do it. That night we had to stay in the RV where it died off to one side. Sable was so kind to let this happen until we could get it towed the next morning. We did get it towed and Matthew was 100% correct about what he thought was the issue! I’ve only been to Alabama once as a child but I have to say that all the people we dealt with were so very nice and helpful. Thank you to the staff at Loves for making a not so great incident better.

I don't hate much, but I hate this store. You know you're greedy when you want to charge 3.99 for WiFi to use it for 3 seconds to unlock your card. Spent $15 on 3 drinks. I will drink water with a fork before I ever come back here.

I went to the restroom Sunday I had the door shut but locked because I almost didn't make to the toilet well I have short hair to my shirt collar or a little past my shirt collar and I wear Ball caps anyway this woman came in to the bathroom lock the door there's kids in here and she said I'm calling the cops there's a man in here and when I got up off the toilet with my shorts and underwear down to my ankles a man slammed the door open asking me if I'm a dude he seen my Vigina and one of the employees was in there I know she seen that man I could hardly wash my hands this employees was apologizing I told my husband she it wasn't her it was them and she told me next time Lock the door i.said we never do business in this store ever again I have a never experienced anything like this.in my entire life especially going to the restroom especially having some strange man slamming opening my stall door and asking me if I'm a dude and he sees my vagina and your employee standing there and him do that to me we will never do Business with y'all ever again as we walked out we saw cop in parking lot he never talked to me I'm suffering from pain suffering and mental anguish I told my husband that I don't want to go out anymore Because it may happen again

Very lazy mechanics! Woke up to a flat steer tire. Checked in at 08:00. Was told to wait on roadside to get back. Advised about an hour wait. Here I am 3 hours later roadside comes back and right when they get back take a walk in that came in for an airbag repair at 10:30. Asked me mechanic why am I in line when apparently anyone can skip the line. He told me it was his last day here and didn’t care he was just waiting to get off so he can get drunk… his literal words. I said I’ve been waiting 3 hours now. Why can’t you knock out my tire first he then said I’m a mechanic I do mechanic stuff first then tires. So idk if this is common practice or they just knock out the highest dollar repairs first but it’s complete b.s to wait “in line” or “check in” when they don’t honor the order of that! Extremely unprofessional and extremely lazy! This location will no longer receive any business from me that’s for sure! Google needs to make a half star option on reviews! 🤣

I am leaving a one star review because I came in with a bad water pump on Friday and was told by the shop that it was a water pump and that they do warranty work, but they could not do the water pump and they did not have the part and when freightliner showed up on Monday, they were gonna be allowed to fix it on property since gloves could not however, when Monday rolled around, it turns out the man who told us this in the shop had given a two week notice and just didn't want to mess with fixing my truck and that they did have the part they do that kind of work and they would not let us fix it on property only after throwing a huge temper tantrum where we allowed to let freightliner fix the truck on property. I would be very cautious and using the loves shop I get it. It is a very remote area and this is the only shop for several miles so be very cautious using the shop and double check every word that they tell you. I spent all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and most of Monday because of the lies of one employee who was on his way out the door at the shop

Come to realize most loves can't tell whether someone likes there store so much they come back once a day or what cause me my mom mother use to use this store once a day but one day I needed some sleep before driving again pulling a camper got woken up a hour into my nap to be told I've been here for days and days um no... We don't park in the same spot Everytime or anything but to be told this is just rude and disrespectful should've gotten the name cause I won't be coming back to this loves. You got truckers parking their rigs here for sometimes weeks on end but someone comes once a day for food or a drink and gets told gotta leave due to being there to long yea sorry nope.... Attached a screenshot as proof if we were staying in someone's parking lot you'd think we would be purchasing more than 1 item a day smh

Truck fuel isles closed! Not even one isle is working! They should update the app! People came with E on and next truck stop is 50 miles away! Not ok! 4pm!

The bathrooms are clean and closer to interstate 65 and there is not a truck stop and finally the gas station was great so overall this gas station is a 8.9 out of 10
