Came in asked for a pedicure and a fill in . 2 people walked in door after me , they put them in chairs left me sitting there !!!! After saying hey I was here before them it still took 27 min to get it !!! Then waited another hour on my nails !!!!! This has been the worst experience ever !!!!!!

I have been here 5 times, the 1st was great then got to change . This last time broke me. This is how she left my nails to leave with nail polish on pat t s of all my nails. I explained about the colored and doesn't listen.then gets up set cause Im telling her I don't like the colors she said they match and a customer seen it was a purple and the other was a pink. Then laughing about it. DONE and I tip very good. Plus they over charged me and it was sorry and never adjusted the price. Oh had to go back after she just done them, 4 miles down road they chipped while driving

My friend went to get her eyebrows waxed and they dropped wax in her hair causing her to have to rip a chunk of her hair out and the messed up her eyebrows because they were in a rush. I do not recommend anyone going here worst experience ever!! They don’t even deserve the one star honestly.

This not what I asked for . The owner or manager of the salon was rude. I explained to her she literally drilled the inside of my nails and they were sore for 4days. She didn't even bluff my nails nor did she apologize for all of the errors she caused. She was very unprofessional asking all of the black customers if they had cash app. I thought that was rude and weird. I explained to her I didn't have cash app. Im at the point where I don't like any of the local places in Clanton . I don't recommend visiting any of them if you are from Birmingham.

I've been going there a few years. I've always been okay with it but they have taken their price sign down. I got charged 80.00 for just a regular manicure and pedicure. I've paid that for a full set. Since they no longer display their prices, I guess I'll go somewhere that does.Services: Pedicure
