We brought our 2003 Ford Excursion in to have the battery and alternator checked after stopping twice on Hwy 65 to jump the battery. Our trip to Florida did not start well. From the moment we pulled in the parking lot, Beaver Mathews took care of us like next door neighbors. His team of experts diagnosed our problem quickly. We replaced the alternator while they charged our battery inside. The entire team was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We are grateful for everyone at the store.

Our alternator went out while traveling and we had to wait until 7am for the store to open and we couldn't of stopped anywhere better! Beaver was a great help and allowed us to use any tools we needed. Within an hour we were back on track to continue our vacation.

One of my favorite O’Reilly auto parts to go in when I’m in town, it’s clean and the staff is always a huge help, Beaver is awesome at helping me out when i come in and need parts for my car, he just makes it a very friendly establishment and you don’t find that most places now a days.
