The absolute worst experience I have ever had as a business owner. Rude and dismissive. Amber was great and gave resolve but I have never felt so uncomfortable before and will be rethinking my banking choice. I will never visit the Clanton location again.

Our local branch was extremely helpful. AMBER is very professional, and ontop of it. I highly recommend seeing her. She made a horrible situation (for us) more pleasant and put us at ease. I’ll be closing my account after today. I’ve had enough of the rudeness. Then today was the last straw in the drive through with IDA. She was a complete witch. I’m done with regions. Don’t back here. Especially at this location.

Hope you never have to make deposits at ATM never works. I rarely have time to get to bank when it's open to make deposits so I depend on the ATM and so I have had my account overdrawn many times.
