I can personally say that the office staff have always been right there to help me with any questions or concerns regarding my insurance needs. They treated me like family, not a policy number. Jennifer B. especially has always given nothing less than 200% with everything I was concerned about. She has listed to me cry about situations and offered a friendly ear and advice on the next step to take. I appreciate never being a payment, but real human being in her eyes!!
