Terrible techs and terrible service. I’ve dropped my truck off 2 different times. Kept my truck 3-4 weeks and they gave it back and it still didn’t have A/C. Dropped it off again and they kept it for 2 weeks and they gave it back to me still broken

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra Denali EV from McSweeney GMC, and I had the pleasure of working with Dalton Spigener. From start to finish, Dalton provided an exceptional car-buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Sierra Denali EV, taking the time to explain all of its advanced features in great detail. Dalton demonstrated a thorough understanding of the infotainment system, walking me through the different settings and customization options with ease.
He also did a great job explaining the vehicle’s capabilities, including the air ride suspension adjustments, range optimization, and various drive modes. His ability to simplify complex features made it easy to understand how to get the most out of the truck. Dalton was patient, professional, and clearly passionate about the GMC brand.
What really stood out was his commitment to making sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before leaving the lot. He answered every question thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Dalton’s product knowledge and attention to customer satisfaction truly set him apart.

The service was good but when I bought my truck in 2023 from Stokes I bought a service plan for 5 oil changes in three years. Now that McSweeney has bought Stokes they are not honoring the agreement so my oil change cost me $155. After consulting with my friend that is a lawyer he said that when a company buys another company they assume all contracts but that is not the case with McSweeney they cut my three year contract in two years which is a shame because its time for me to buy a new truck and it want be from McSweeney and I will make sure let everyone know how they do buisness.

Paul Storay went above and beyond with helping my family.
Traveling from Indiana to Gulf Shores for a family vacation. Our newly bought suburban (bought two days before) started to have engine problems, we went to McSweeney and Paul was extremely helpful! Not only did they inspect the suburban right away, they diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the suburban needed to be worked on and we were left without a car. Paul took time out of his day to drive our family to the Enterprise rent a car, thirty minutes away in Prattville so we could have a car to drive.
We are extremely thankful for his help!
