“The woman who answered the phone was very nice. I'm assuming she is part owner or related by marriage or immediate family,because the man who changed the tire said that the family owned the whole strip. One with a wrecker service. The other with traveling mechanic repair for cars another who drives to broken down 18 wheelers and other diseases vehicles. Then they have a tire shop ,a mechanic shop. And I believe repair or sell rims,tractors and other things. Was a little more expensive than the other 7 places we have used by abour21 dollars for a 205/65/15 inch tire. Cost was about 120.00 well 116.58 when all the other shops wenpay 85 to 95 dollars. Bur would use them again because of their customer treatment and friendliness. Also was in and out in 10 minutes with 1 new tire.”
“We were in a very bad car accident on our way to Destin. The driver of Mark's Towing was at the scene shortly after our accident. He helped us get in the truck to take us down and wait for a ride to get a rental car. He cleaned up all of the mess. As we walked in Mark's Tow center, was greeted by a couple of ladies and they took very good care of us. One of the associates offered to take us to get a rental car but I had already called my sister for a ride since she lived 45 minutes away and we were 3 hours away from home.. We are very thankful for the caring and concern of their staff.”

“Called Mims and there were hooking me up within 15 minutes. I had a 40' gooseneck trailer that also needed to be moved off the fwy. They arrived with th wrecker with a dually to tow my trailer. They got me over to Southern Dixie Auto, and stored my trailer at their yard while my truck was getting fixed. Damn good people. 6 stars.”
