I have used this pharmacy and store for many years. The staff here are always so friendly to me and make me feel important to them. I appreciate every single employee here. They care about their customers.

Very Disappointing Experience
As a pediatrician practicing in Clanton, I’ve had consistently poor experiences with this pharmacy. Their level of professionalism is far below what is expected in healthcare. I’ve been hung up on twice while urgently trying to help a sick child get necessary medication on time.
The pharmacist and staff are difficult to reach, unhelpful, and at times seem poorly trained in how to handle time-sensitive or complex prescriptions. This kind of service puts patients at risk.
For these reasons, I actively advise my patients and their families to use alternative pharmacies that prioritize both communication and patient care.

For a quick in and out stop, not requiring a medication to be filled, it is easy and carry a wide variety of everything you may need for home or travel... But if picking up a script I would doublecheck either online and on phone or wait until you get text telling you it's ready and be prepared to wait 30 mins for a walk-in dropoff at least, usually it takes an hour...

Before this morning I had mixed feelings and sometimes just bad feelings about going into this Walgreens. I'm not saying my issues were always their fault. I've passed judgement on everybody in the pharmacy there at one point or another because they were always slow and seemed like they had it in for me or wanted to slow me up anyway they could. I mean even right now I could say something bad because it took me 3.days.to.gey my damn prescription. Well this morning and woman name Heather went above and beyond to make sure that I got my meds this morning. She was as sweet as you could ever ask for every friendly and respectful towards me and I was out of there in 15 minutes. No before anybody asks I don't know this chick personal and I'm not blowing smoke up nobody's but. She was very helpful and now that I think of it she was not in the store yesterday when my prescriptions got screwed up. I'm not going into detail over that. I just wanted to recognize this lady for helping me like she did. I know I'm not the best customer in the world at times but I don't try to be rude with anybody. Whoever Heathers supervisor is should be proud of the work she does and how smart she is.. she has helped me before and hurried to get me my prescription when it was near closing time..now I've typed a damn book. I'm sorry for that. Thank you Heather for your kindness and your help this morning. Now that you can see my email from here I believe it if you can see my contact info from my file at Walgreens you should drop me a line if I'm not being out of line in asking this. If I am then I am sorry. This still doesn't change the fact that you made my whole day today. I mean I feel like I would gotten my meds today one way or another. As far as I know I was not rude with any other associates the day before. So you were just being you. regardless it finally felt good to be helped like a human being and not a addict or a criminal in that place. If I knew how to give you the 5 stars by yourself I would. If I say anything.else.it.woll have to be in an email
.hopefully your bosses will see this because I will now be looking forward to coming into Walgreens to see my favorite pharmacy worker.

The pharmacy line was short and scripts were ready so visit was short and sweet. The clerk was also polite and efficient.

Let me say how rude went into send something back FedEx. The lady behind the register out. Front was very rude. I have not gotten good service since Walgreens has taken this building over. Would not return back to this location unless I have to. I don’t know if their prices are competitive with other stores. I just know the people that work here are very rude.

I changed my prescriptions from here they are not friendly. They tell you one thing and then change it. I was called a drug addict here and I will never go back there with my medication. The only reason I go in their is they have a band of shampoo I love and Epsom salts baths with pink Himalayan salt in it and the atm is a chime atmosphere and doesn't charge a fee for getting money off my chime card. Other than that they are rude especially the pharmacy.

We’re standing near register simce 5 min and black lady was doing something near another register and when we told her hello we’re here since 5 min she was so freaking rude and told us that Ikik y’ll are standing m busy with something i will come !!!!!! I mean really???? Are you serious ??? Worst worst employee should fire her monday 3:00 check the cameras pls
