Driver in truck # 9027 at the Loves in Monroe Mi has been dumping cups of piss out of his passenger side door all night long . This driver has no respect for others or his surroundings. I ca t even step out of my door without stepping in it so I'm having to get out on my passenger side door. This is animal behavior and I'm glad he doesn't work for me.

Boyd brother's used to be a good company to work for, but they are fast declining.

Easy to find but it's way out in the country. If you plan on staying overnight get what you need well before you arrive. No DEF at the pumps. Showers are here and work well enough for a free shower. The entrance to them is on the back side of the shop. If you can't get in someone from the main building can assist you during normal business hours. There's a lounge and a gym but I wasn't able to access them on my own and didn't care enough to ask for help with that.

This company draws you in with the promise of treating everyone like family which is most definitely not the case. I left my wife and a three week old baby to pursue a career with Boyd and was more then disappointed. I was faced wit lowkey slide racism...stuck out a month on the rode, with unkept promises of at least one weekend at home. Even then i tried to continue, once on my own I kept having problem with my rig and a completely shot navigation system. There were many more issues that lead to me leaving but in my personal opinion this company is not at all what its advertised as.

Been with boyd since winter 2013. My first couple years there was many weekends i got stuck out. But never two weekends in a row. But i didnt complain i hung in, yet since my third yr ive been home every weekend like clock work. They have treated me well. They were my first cdl job and have had no reason to leave. Its the trucking business, you have to expect to be away from home. There will be times you wont make it home, but that will be the weeks you will have your biggest paychecks. There will be days you have to wait three hrs to get loaded or unloaded. There will be days shippers or consignees will be rude. There will be days your stuck on I75 for hrs because of a wreck. Its gonna happen. Truck driving is for strong men & women. If you are not, find another career. They do their best to accommodate. You dont think dispatchers, planners, management have bad days? Sure they do, its called life. Dont believe all the winers believe the winners. And yes I am really just a boyd company driver, not a recruiter.

Had an accident with this guy couple months ago! Now, because of their fault, i had wasted my time in shop to fix my rig! Calling Leigh from safety department every week to get my money for down time - but with no success!
