But i didnt complain i hung in, yet since my third yr ive been home every weekend like clock work. They have treated me well. They were my first cdl job and have had no reason to leave. Its the trucking business, you have to expect to be away from home. There will be times you wont make it home, but that will be the weeks you will have your biggest paychecks. There will be days you have to wait three hrs to get loaded or unloaded. There will be days shippers or consignees will be rude. There will be days your stuck on I75 for hrs because of a wreck. Its gonna happen. Truck driving is for strong men & women. If you are not, find another career. They do their best to accommodate. You dont think dispatchers, planners, management have bad days? Sure they do, its called life. Dont believe all the winers believe the winners. And yes I am really just a boyd company driver, not a recruiter.”
