Blue Springs State Park is a beautiful natural attraction with a variety of amenities for visitors. The landscaping is stunning, and the springs are a stunning shade of blue, providing great opportunities for photography or simply taking a leisurely stroll. The park offers RV lots and a primitive camping area, catering to different preferences. The park has an admission fee, but it is reasonably priced and offers a range of activities, including swimming, hiking, and fishing. The playground is a hit with children, and the clean restrooms with showers are a convenient addition. The picnic area is spacious, with plenty of room for family gatherings and events. Visitors praise the park's dog-friendliness, as long as owners follow the rules and keep their pets on leashes. The staff are polite and accommodating, and the overall experience is described as wonderful, with the water being refreshingly cold and the park being well-maintained. While the bathrooms may not be the newest, they are functional and clean.
This is a nice little park. It has two spring fed pools that you can swim in. It also has a little lake for fishing. There are covered picnic tables and grills.
