Floors dirty, looks as if it hasn't been mopped in months. Shopping carts not always available, because employees use them for stock, leaving them in the store blocking the aisles. Shelves in disarray and half empty. Employees having personal conversations instead of ringing up customers, and employees personal sodas right in the middle of the counter where customers items go.
