Dirty floors, sub-standard customer service, and the self checkout has NEVER worked but would be great if it did. Cheap stuff and sometimes long lines.

These ladies work so hard and they are always so kind!! They are multi tasking the best they can. Running the register while trying to stock is a lot. This DG is always VERY busy. Even though they are spread thin they still make you feel like family when you walk through the door. Keep up the good work !! We are so thankful for you !!

Me an my family LOVE this Dollar General the workers here are absolutely so sweet and helpful. They don’t get enough credit. We are so grateful for them. Also the store is always so clean. And well organized

They seem to have problems opening on time!! Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even get here then had to wait for them to even open the store !

As checked out the cashier said you have one bag, when I got home, it was already dark and cold,I didn't have everything on my receipt I was missing the 3 things that had actually went in there for... It was too cold to worry about it as I live on cottondale side of wire Rd, I'm sure the same cashier will not be there today so I'm out the money cause of the cashier not paying attention

Pickup order was placed. DID not pick it up because over half my items were unavailable even though I had placed the order before the store even opened. By policy, at the end of the day if not picked up,should have been canceled. After closing hours it was checked as picked up and I was charged! Ridiculous!

fire everyone that works there and hire new employees that will organize, clean, NOT have a long line, actually have knowledge about items in the store instead of I don't know,and for God sakes get people that will keep the store opened to the times it says on the door.
