Was in a few weeks ago and I was not impressed with customer services at all. The lady “Joy” at the front counter was very rude. Went in for a book of stamps and had to wait over 10 minutes for her to put her cell phone down and to come to the counter. Once she finally did, she was very short and rude like I was an inconvenience to wait on. I was going to ask for information on a PO Box but I would rather open one elsewhere than have to be subjected to her rudeness ever again. Next time I’ll drive a little further to Bayou La Batre or go to Theodore instead.

Fantastic service. Joyce is a pleasure to work with. I travel out of my way just to use this post office because of the service I always get there.
