These ppl inside are the most sweetest souls! I have to go 1 time a month every mth since I moved here 2 yrs ago. They have always been helpful in every way that they could! So polite! Never have I seen them be rude not once. Having to deal with the public ,thats ses ALOT!

I had order something online that was glass. When we went to post office to pick it up at the collinsville post office the lady at the office had to move 2 big boxes up off of it and then slung it across the counter to us. My husband had to grab it to keep it from falling in floor. Got it home and opened it and it was broke all to pieces.

The Post Master and staff have always been very pleasant and helpful when I've had cause to visit this USPS location. Theirs is often a thankless job but they appear to rise above the challenges and treat their customers with professionalism, honesty, and kindness.

The customer service and who answers the phone is extremely hateful I got yelled at for asking a simple question.. can't believe people treat others this way terrible
