Rude, felt almost invisible just trying to get my prescription and charged me three times what I normally pay, I would rather drive an hour to somewhere else than go back there!!!

Literally every time I come in here comes the manager black lady with braids following me and my daughters around I feel like I’m being harassed. Idk why I don’t know if she thinks I’m stealing or what even one time I was at the pharmacy getting my prescription she walks to the back and says over the intercom security scan all aisles. Lady I come to get my meds and shop sometimes I have to wait so I walk around. Either trespass me from coming or stop following me without cause. I’m sick of it. Been shopping at cvs for yrs even worked at CVS before. You’re not gonna stop me from coming in I have to get my 4 prescriptions that I fill every month from there but if you keep on I’m gonna call the cops for harrasment. I would love to shop in peace.

Overcharged three times from the self check out. Had my bank print out the bank statement to prove the overcharged and the manager did not refund me my over payment.

This is the most incompetent, inept pharmacy I have ever dealt with over many decades. The online program is a mess and doesn’t work despite my complaints. If you try to order a refill over the phone, good luck. Despite receiving many prescriptions over the past year, my online account indicates I have never had a prescription from this pharmacy. A sad joke.

Trying to get customer service from this place is impossible. If you ask for pharmacy you usually hold forever and today the pharmacy would pickup my call and hang up. 3 times. Plus they are never busy so why such terrible service? Management must be absolutely horrible . Save yourself a big headache. Take your business elsewhere.
