Very clean for a DG my only gripe is that they never have more than 1 person on registers no matter what time of day… idk if only one register works or what but be prepared to stand in line

They lie about when they close I went in at 8:17 trying to get me some ibuprofen and they were closed wouldn't even open the locked door.

I went in there today and as always I take my puppy in there with me first let me start by saying my puppy is registered as a Service animal. This lil old lady approach me at the door and 1st thing she say is you can’t bring your dog in the store and I asked when did they come up with this rule because is have always brought him in with me and no one said anything. So I proceeded to take him back to the car while I ran in there to get some hot dog buns. She never asked me if he was a service animal or anything and she started to explain to me I guess on why I couldn’t bring him in. At this point he’s already back in the hot car. Another thing I didn’t see anything posted that NO PETS ALLOWED in store. From my understanding service animals was allowed any where and no I did not say emotional support animal I said SERVICE ANIMAL. I will be contacting my lawyer.

Love, working here and love my customers I try to help out as much as I can even though I'm limited but the customers always say they love me and they want to come back so that makes me happy

My experience was absolutely horrific! I placed an online pickup order and never received an email about picking up after 5 hours had went by! I decided to go in store and ask about it, the manager proceeds to tell me it isn’t anything she can do because she didn’t receive an order because her device glitches?? I even showed her my confirmation email & actual order receipt. She told me if I repurchase in store I couldn’t use my DG digital coupons! This store seriously needs to hire people who knows how to work basic electronic devices (tech savvy)! Mark however is great!!!!

the boss has her favorite people. She lets Diane (LSA) Stay outside and smoke all day while people wait on her to finish her cigarette. Store is very trashy.

I been having a great experience lately at the dollar general I had to come on here an say Mr. Mark Bell has excellent customer service experience I’ve lived in Columbiana 2 years and this is the first time I felt compelled to do at review for this store he is always friendly eager to help he makes you feel like he appreciates your business so tonight I asked him his full name I want to surprise him with a shot out for a job well done!

The people in this store are awful. One cashier will put all of your groceries in one bag. So now you have the risk of your bag ripping. They don't speak, the floors are filthy. I could go on but I'm not.

Both cashier and manager are more worried about chitchatting in office than to help costumers. They refused to take one of their in-store coupon because according to the cashier "she knows nothing on how to apply a coupon". The manager did not even bother to help to apply the coupon. Only self check out was open, and when I hit the help button, it took the customer behind me going to knock on the office door to get their attention to come help (10 minutes spawn of time from the time I hit the help button to the time they came to help). also the customer behind me mentioned that they do this all the time and refuse to honor their in-store coupons. this store needs serious change of management, this is beyond unacceptable.
